This isn’t just another youth program. It’s a movement that combines the energy of youth sports, the creativity of visual storytelling, and the power of real-world experience behind the lens.

Why We're Launching This Program

Young creators in our community are bursting with talent. However, they often lack the tools, guidance, and platform to shine. That’s exactly what Shoot for Greatness is all about.

We’re giving middle and high school students access to essential resources, including:

• Hands-on camera training (filmmaking + photography)

• Editing & post-production workshops

• On-site sports coverage opportunities

• Team-based projects that simulate real production environments

What’s Happening on Launch Day – August 15

On launch day, the Brentwood Library will transform into a creative media hub. Students and families can look forward to a series of exciting activities:

• Meet the program mentors and instructors

• View student reels and sports highlight films

• Join live creative demos and Q&A sessions

Additionally, we’ll be premiering the official Shoot for Greatness trailer, produced and edited by our very own students.
