My Wellness Game’s major service provides coaching and educational enrichment activities to promote holistic lifestyles and optimal health and wellness in low-income communities. In addition, mentorship for individuals as they interact with staff and volunteers, promoting a strong focus on building new lifestyles, fostering dreams, self-esteem, and confidence. The services collectively help youth to step into their greatness and accomplish their goals with resiliency.
